If BrainoMex carries any project then the customer is subjected to pay the amount that is already invoiced to him after the confirmation of the deal. If the customer is seeking any additional service then they have to pay BrainoMex the amount that was invoiced to them set out in the specification. The customer is entitled to pay BrainoMex all the charges spent by them on travelling and for their stay of BrainoMex staff for carrying out the project. The Company will not be at risk to any User for any adjustments, suspension or discontinuance of the Services.

Confidentiality

Right after the agreement and even after the termination, both the parties will have to maintain the secrecy of data and they have to maintain its confidentiality. They can reveal the data if it is for the successful completion of the project.

Intellectual Property

All right including copyright and other services are controlled by BrainoMex. Users can only use the content for their personal use and can use it for any non-commercial purpose. Users can’t copy and broadcast the content of the website anywhere for his own business.

Credit: You can purchase the credits of the company any time by using any payment method you have. Foreign Currency: If you pay with foreign currency, you agree that the sum you are credited may be changed as a result of foreign cash change.

Refund

Aside from as given by law, all buys are conclusive and non-refundable. No discounts will be given for any exchange which more than 30 days old. When you cancel any order of a digital purchase that is delivered to you, you won’t be able to get any refund on your purchase. Billing dispute: Any billing dispute over the purchase of anything from BrainoMex will be settled under the terms and conditions of the company.
